Sunlife was invited to be part of a Swiss official delegation grouping together members of parliament, senior officials of OFEN (Office Fédéral de l'Energie), And renown Swiss companies (AXPO, EGL) active in the field of energy. In total 19 persons participated in this mission. Future collaboration projects are in the course of discussion. Date: 10-14th May 2010

Tunisian Solar Plan - Launch Seminar - 'linked with Zarzis project'
To strengthen the national efforts in using renewable energies beyond 2011, Tunisia has drawn up a Tunisian Solar Plan, which integrates all the domains of energy efficiency and  renewable energies according to the initiative adopted by the Mediterranean solar plan. This plan covers the period 2010-2016 and appeals to several Tunisian and foreign partners.

 Solar Eco-Village

The objective pursued by the organisers of the Zarzis seminar is "to make renewable energies, and particularly solar energy, a factor of development of southeast Tunisia and as a consequence, contribute to the sustainable development of Tunisia ".
That is why the main object of the seminar was to exchange points of view and to discuss the feasibility of an ambitious project aiming at the creation, on an adapted site, of a solar eco-village.
Sunlife is a partener of the project and was chosen to represent the technical side. Sunlife has also created demonstrators for certain of these projects.
